Following the granting of the permission for Phase 1+2 this area of the site had permission for live/work and industrial units. The local Council then developed a planning brief for the whole area and designated the site as residential. In response we developed a residential scheme for this site that reflected the architecture of phase 1+2 and included a large public park.
The scheme comprises of 85 residential units ranging from 1 bed to 5 bed units. The scheme provided 40% affordable housing and was produced in association with East Thames Homes. The scheme received full planning permission in January 20
