Park Grove Acton

The proposal is for the redevelopment of the former Kings Arms PH by the formation of a part four, part five and part six storey residential building containing 1 x four bedroom, 10 x three bedroom, 20 x two bedroom and 19 x one bedroom dwellings (50 total) with 28% affordable and associated private and communal amenity space and car parking.

The design opens up the pavement along East Acton Lane and provides a landscaped forecourt to The Vale. The building heights follow the prevailing existing massing in this location with a slight emphasis towards the junction of The Vale with East Acton Lane that helps define the corner.
