The scheme involved the reinstatement of residential use to an office building to create five apartments. The Victorian end-of-terrace house dating from 1885 was brought up to date with a lift and completed to a very high specification.
Divine Ideas scheme included the addition of a mansard roof and excavation of the basement to create habitable space. A roof terrace was provided on the fourth floor and also to the mansard roof. The exterior of the building was refurbished.
The quality of the build and fitting out reflected the expectations of potential purchasers in this prestigious location.
