We are pleased to announce that we have been granted planning permission for our proposal for a two-storey four-bedroom dwelling located on Grange Road, Croydon.

The site presented an interesting challenge as it features a fairly steep gradient which we have incorporated into the design, as well as being a backland site with the possibility of overlooking from neighbouring properties. Our proposal includes a contemporary extensive green roof which, aside from its obvious sustainable and environmental benefits, has helped us to visually-integrate the proposal into the site, with the dwelling appearing to be an extension of the natural landscape, having the least visual impact on the neighbouring properties.
